Devzity gives businesses tools for payments, orders, stock, customers, websites and DevAI. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done in your business, including by staff you add. Give true information about your business.

Customers pay your own bKash or Nagad number directly; Devzity never holds your customers' money. Devzity confirms payments from the payment SMS on your Bridge phone. If an SMS does not arrive, the payment stays pending until it is matched; you can match it yourself.

Paid plans are prepaid for the period you choose. When a plan ends, nothing is deleted; only adding past the Free plan's limits is blocked until you renew. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

DevAI answers from the information you give it. Check its answers and settings; you can take over any chat. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you also follow Meta's terms, and you must have the right to manage that Page.

Selling illegal goods, fraud, spam, misleading customers, or trying to break or overload Devzity. We may pause a website or account that does this.

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store and show it only to run the service for you. Use only pictures and text you have the right to use.

We work hard to keep Devzity running, but it is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses caused by bKash, Nagad, couriers, Meta or other services outside our control.
