Delete your data

You can delete your data from Devzity at any time. Here is how.
1. If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram
- In Devzity, open Messages, then Pages & AI, and press Disconnect. We stop receiving messages at once and delete the Page access key.
- You can also remove Devzity on Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, then remove Devzity.
- To delete the stored chats too, email support [at] devzity.com from your account's email with the Page name. We delete them within 30 days and reply when it is done.
2. If you messaged a shop's Facebook Page
Your messages belong to that shop. Ask the shop to delete them, or email support [at] devzity.com with the Page name and your Facebook name, and we will delete your messages from Devzity within 30 days.
3. To delete your Devzity account
Email support [at] devzity.com from your account's email. We delete your account, your businesses and all their data and files, and reply when it is done.
